You May Call Me V

With the 5th of November coming I just couldn't help but make a V for Vendetta piece to commemorate the day. I've been wanting to paint V for quite a while and I finally got to do it!

This piece also commemorates one my favorite scenes in the movie (one of many). Its the part where V first meets Evey and gives one of the most kick ass speeches I've ever heard. I gotta try to memorize it someday. For those who can't read it on the piece or are getting irritated by some of the words being covered up (i tried my best to get the all of the text to show), here's how the speech goes:

"Voilà! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of Fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is a vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished. However, this valorous visitation of a by-gone vexation, stands vivified and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin van-guarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition.
The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta, held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous.
Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose, so let me simply add that it's my very good honor to meet you and you may call me V."

Really awesome. Now say it 5 times fast! lol, happy Guy Fawkes Day. Fight the power!
